Payments

  • How can I pay for my order?
    • You can use any of the payment types listed below to pay for your order.

    1. Credit card
    Accept worldwide issued VISA, Master, JCB or China UnionPay cards

    2. Pick up and pay at convenience store (7-11 or Family Mart) in Taiwan

Delivery
  • What is the delivery cost?
    • For Taiwan domestic delivery, we offer free delivery if order total is above NT$2,000.

    If order total less than NT$2,000, delivery charge is NT$80 for Taiwan Post office delivery; NT$65 for pick up at convenience store.

  • When will I receive my order after I pay my order?
    • We would ship the parcel for order before 10:00(GMT+8) in the morning if all items in the order are available. However, if order item is backordered, it can take up to 3-10 business days. Order will not been process during the weekend and national holiday in Taiwan, the order will be process once we are worked. Delivery time will be determined by the weather and traffic conditions.

  • Can I pick up my orders at the Red House offline stores?
    • No. Sorry, this service is not available yet.

  • Can Red House deliver oversea?
    • Yes. Please enter your oversea address when you place the order. The oversea delivery cost will be calculate by the Red House online store.
