Return & Exchange

  • What should I do if I want to return my order?

  • Note: Return & Exchange are only available on Taiwan domestic orders. All oversea orders are final.

    To return or exchange Taiwan domestic orders:

    1. You may return/exchange the order within 7 days after the you received the order.

    2. Go to 'my orders' on the RED HOUSE online store, and complete the 'refund note', select the items you like to return or exchange. 

    3. After receiving your refund note, an email will be delivered within 3 business days to inform the date T-cat arranges courier collection.

    4. When packing, please place the items back to the original package, and with the 'Order List' and 'Receipt'.

    5. Once your return has been received by our warehouse, we will complete it within 3-5 business days, and we'll email you to let you know once your refund has been issued.

    • For credit card orders, refund will be issued back to your card. It can then take 5-10 working days for the funds to appear in your credit card account.
    • For all other payment type, refund will be credited to your Red-House account, no expiration date, and available to use immediately on your next order.

  • What's the qualifications for Return & Exchange ?

  • The items you like to refund must be unwearied, unwashed, unedited, the item logo and package should be at the original condition. Due to sanitary principle, underwear product, legging and socks can not be refunded.

  • Is there any costs for the refund?

  • The would be NT$80 delivery charge when the order for the remaining items is less than the Free delivery threshold (NT$2,000) after the refund, and if applicable, it will be deducted from refund amount.

  • What should I do if I would like to exchange the items?

  • Please complete the 'Change note' on the RED HOUSE online stores. Select the items you like to change of and change to at the same price.

  • Can I refund the items buy on the RED HOUSE online stores to the RED HOUSE offline store?

  • Sorry, you can not refund or exchange at the RED HOUSE offline store.

  • What would the refund be calculate with the combined sale?

  • If you like to refund one of the item in the combined sale, the price should be recalculate, and the combined sales offer is not longer available.

  • Can you refund the items from the oversea?

  • Sorry, we currently do not provide such service.
